WORLD’S TALLEST RESIDENTIAL TOWER TO RISE IN DUBAI

Burj Binghatti Jacob and Co Residences are set to transform Dubai’s skyline with a new skyscraper described to be the world’s tallest residential tower in the near future, upon completion. The new residential building project is expected to appear in an intricate crown adorned with diamond-like spires, according to Designboom website. Upholding their rich heritage and iconic architectural and horological codes, the award-winning UAE property developer Binghatti has teamed up with luxury jewelry and watch brand Jacob & Co to introduce the latest Dubai’s high rise building monument.  

To mark the start of construction, Binghatti’s CEO, Muhammad Binghatti, and Jacob & Co’s chairman, Jacob Arabo inaugurated the site on November 15th, 2022. The inventive skyscraper building project pays homage to Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences complex timepiece construction and high-jewelry aesthetics. Soaring high above the cityscape as its set to become the tallest residential tower in the world, the ultra-luxury hyper tower will stand as a slender silhouette topped by an elegant crystal-like crown, emulating Jacob & Co’s renowned finely-carved gems in the sky.

Following a 100 stories plan for the unique project, upon actualization, Burj Binghatti will edge the New York’s Central Park Tower which is currently the tallest residential tower in the world, boasting of 472 m (1,550 Ft). The hyper tower will be unveiled as an elegant that communicate the distinctive design languages of both Jacob & Co global luxury timepiece and jewelry brand and Binghatti one of the UAE’s leading property developers. The exclusive skyscraper will to take shape like a narrow glistening form, culminating with a lavish, embellished crown peeking out amid the clouds based on the revealed renders of the project. Representing the two collaborative brands as a bold and pure emblem and signature design ethos, the structure’s peak in particular is a signature constructive display of Jacob & Co’s iconic high-end, finely cut diamonds in the skyline.

The building is a new trend of design in the time of emerging AI technology that will introduce a new and unrivaled era in uber-luxury living, as it will offer exclusive residential experiences in the city’s thriving Business Bay district. In its light, the most lavish penthouses will enjoy boundless panoramic views overlooking the bustling city, and each is to be named after Jacob & Co’s flagship timepieces, with interior details co-designed by the global brand itself depicting its signature and style. 

Burj Binghatti upon completion will be home to lots of exclusive luxury amenities that drives comfort, these amenities will includes; an infinity pool overlooking Downtown Dubai, a luxury spa and a gymnasium, as well as a dedicated concierge team that will offer à la carte services such as daycare, bodyguards, chauffeurs and private chefs, will also be available as residents will experience the best of incomparable bespoke living.
