Building, Construction, Engineering, and Machinery Exhibition Buildmacex Nigeria is an international B2B exhibition and conference that focuses on transforming the building, construction, and machinery industry in Nigeria. Organized to achieve exclusive objectives, like providing a business to business global platform that serves as the center of connection between manufacturers and trade dealers, supply chain distributors, wholesalers, building, construction, engineering, and machinery industry stakeholders, professionals and retailers in the global building sector.

With the theme: The 8th edition of the exclusive Buildmacex Nigeria was held at the Eko Convention Center, Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos-Nigeria between the 21rst to 23rd of March 2023. As always, the event impacted building and construction efficiency to close to 5000 visitors from the building and construction industry and other sectors by showcasing a comprehensive range of technology, digital and physical systems through the activities of exhibition, conference, B2B, seminars, testing of new machineries etc.
The largest gathering of stakeholders in the Building and Construction Industry of Nigeria welcomed a surge in attendance as dignitaries and speakers were top professionals from the various sections of the building and other sectors. His Excellency, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu the Executive Governor of Lagos State was represented at the event, while key speakers that graced the event were; Arc. Taiwo Aiyepe from the Lagos State Ministry of Work and Infrastructure who spoke on Sustainable Interior Fit Out: The Architecture Place, Sarah Sanni of Lead Muralist Ceracerni spoke on The Future of Wall Mural in Nigeria, Mr. Andrea .I. Geday, MD/CEO of Elanlan Construction Ltd, spoke on Building a Trusted Sustainable Brand, Temitope Runsewe from the Lagos State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure, spoke on The Use of Technology for Sustainable Future in Construction, Arc. Gbolahan .P. Oyelakin from Project Management Institute PMI Nigeria Chapter, spoke on Exploring Power Skills for Project Success and others.
The event received the best of remarks from various experts of the industry, as quality products were on display by the exhibitors and many business transactions and deals were closed at the fair.
In his Welcome Address, the Managing Director of Atlantic Exhibition, Ayodeji Olugbade in his words, said he is absolutely delighted to welcome all the participants to the 8th edition of the Building, Construction, and Machinery Exhibition popularly known as Buildmacex. This event is a B2B international exhibition, bringing together industry leaders, professionals and organizations from around the world. And it’s an honor for me to stand before you all today as we celebrate this incredible milestone.  As we look back over the past seven years, we can see how far this event has come.
Buildmacex has grown into a dynamic and innovative platform that drives positive changes in the building and construction industry in West Africa. The 8th edition of Buildmacex is especially exciting, as it comes at a time when the building and construction industry in West Africa is undergoing significant changes.
